TL;DR

Sales Team Lead (SaaS): Leading the sales team in the Flanders region to expand the customer base for a cloud-based accounting platform with an accent on strategic growth and B2B relationship management. Focus on coaching account executives, optimizing sales processes, and driving revenue growth through AI-powered automation tools.

Location: Hybrid (Ghent, Belgium). Minimum of two days a week in the office is required.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and maintain a strong industry presence in Belgium.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Conduct weekly forecasting and pipeline management meetings while analyzing performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to address business opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Take direct responsibility for complex business development leads and secure high-value agreements with key stakeholders.
  • Represent the company as the face of the brand in the Flanders region through seminars, events, and networking.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully selling B2B SaaS software products.
  • Over 5 years of experience thriving in a high-performing B2B sales environment.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated history of guiding sales teams through periods of rapid growth.
  • Strategic mindset capable of aligning sales execution with overall company goals and market trends.
  • Proficiency in modern sales methodologies, CRM systems, and data analytics to inform decision-making.
