TL;DR
BDR SMB (SaaS): Driving and scaling the SMB segment in the UKI & Benelux regions through consistent, high-volume outbound execution with an accent on pipeline generation and lead qualification. Focus on executing multi-channel outreach, conducting discovery calls, and optimizing the sales funnel for a security compliance automation platform.
Location: Must be based within EU time zones (+/- 2hrs from UK, Benelux or Germany GMT+1)
Salary: €45K – €60K

What you will do
- Own and expand the dedicated SMB territory in the UKI & Benelux region.
- Build net-new pipeline through high-volume outbound execution via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- Run discovery and qualification calls with SMB prospects to identify high-quality opportunities.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to hand over well-qualified leads.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track pipeline progress within HubSpot.
- Analyze performance data to iterate and improve outreach strategies.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, consulting, or sales.
- Bachelor's degree or completed commercial training.
- English: CEFR C2 level is essential.
- Location: Must be based in EU time zones (+/- 2hrs from GMT+1).
- Strong ownership mindset and resilience when dealing with rejection.
- Confidence in performing proactive outbound outreach and cold calling.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Exposure to B2B SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience working in an early-stage startup (Series A–B).
- Knowledge of the UKI and Benelux target markets.
