What you will do
- Grow and strengthen existing customer relationships while actively developing new business.
- Position and sell the full product portfolio, including coagulants, flocculants, defoamers, and antiscalants.
- Analyze customer processes to translate needs into effective, tailored solutions.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiate agreements.
- Define and execute sales strategies in alignment with management.
Requirements
- Degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or environmental science.
- At least five years of experience in sales within water treatment.
- Strong technical understanding of water treatment processes.
- Fluency in Dutch and a good command of French and English.
- Commercial mindset with a strong drive to achieve results and work independently.
