What you will do

• Develop and maintain a practice-specific AI roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy and employee benefits priorities.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases for benefits analytics, plan design, and operational efficiency.
• Translate AI opportunities into business cases detailing ROI, feasibility, and client impact.
• Lead and coordinate AI-embedded builders within the practice to ensure execution aligns with strategic goals.
• Drive adoption of AI tools across the practice, integrating them into daily workflows for measurable outcomes.
• Act as the primary liaison between practice leadership and the central AI product organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 8+ years of experience in employee benefits, insurance brokerage, consulting, or HR advisory.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in innovation, transformation, or strategy.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, including prompt engineering, prototyping, or low-code automation (e.g., Custom GPTs, Copilot, Power Automate).
• Strong understanding of employee benefits business models and consulting workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
