Location: Hamburg, Germany

What you will do

• Design microservices architectures and API-first, event-driven concepts.
• Define service boundaries, data flows, and integration patterns ensuring multi-tenant capability.
• Architect AI features, integrating LLMs and AI services with a focus on performance and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Deployment Engineers on containerization and cloud deployment architecture.
• Create high-level (HLD), system (SDD), and technical (TDD) design documents up to the Epic level.
• Manage technical reviews and approvals as a member of the Architecture Board.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an architect in cloud-native environments.
• Strong professional knowledge of Node.js.
• Experience with microservices, API architectures, and event-driven systems.
• Proven track record of AI integration in software products.
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture, including containers, orchestration, and scaling.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP BTP, SAP CAP, and S/4HANA Public Cloud extensions.
• Knowledge of HANA Cloud (Vector Engine), Generative AI, SAP AI Core, RAG, LangChain, or LangGraph.
• Familiarity with Cloud Foundry, Kyma, and security protocols (XSUAA, IAS, IPS).
