What you will do

• Translate customer requirements into actionable backlogs and delegate tasks to engineering teams.
• Lead architecture discussions, requirements gathering, and Agile ceremonies.
• Implement DevOps pipelines, including build automation, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and monitoring systems.
• Develop production-quality code, including unit and integration tests, for AWS cloud-native applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers to foster technical growth and curiosity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development and cloud-native systems.
• Expertise in web frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, .Net) and server-side scripting (Python, Node.js, PHP, Ruby).
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Proficiency in AWS resource configuration and modern architectures like microservices and event-based systems.
• Must be based in Argentina.
• No visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLM).
• Proficiency with AI-powered development tools such as Amazon Q, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.AI.
• Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or SAM.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
