Location: Hybrid work model (average 2 days mobile / 3 days office)

What you will do

• Design end‑to‑end software application architectures that are clean, scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Translate business requirements into software architecture concepts, APIs, data flows, and service models.
• Implement backend and integration logic hands-on while guiding frontend development.
• Lead the team technically through code reviews, design discussions, and setting quality standards.
• Shape the future application platform, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps principles.
• Document architectures using UML, BPMN, and other design methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years (Master) / 7+ years (Bachelor) experience in software engineering with architectural responsibility.
• Solid experience with cloud-native concepts, microservices, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Strong proficiency in modern backend languages (ideally JavaEE and Python) and frontend frameworks (e.g., React/Angular).
• Practical experience with Git, CI/CD, automation, and IaaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
• Expertise in database design, specifically with PostgreSQL.

Nice to have

• Experience in TDD (Test-Driven Development) and deep understanding of SOLID principles.
• Ability to model and communicate architecture using Archimate or BPMN.
• Confidence in using AI tools as productivity accelerators.
