What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of senior enterprise and solution architects.
• Define architectural rules and design real-world systems for the application platform.
• Work hands-on on complex cross-cutting topics like APIs, integration patterns, and platform decisions.
• Act as a technical sparring partner for Power Systems Engineering and Software Development teams.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams on Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud foundations.
• Ensure all services follow cloud-ready, API-first, and microservice-focused principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Proven experience in Solution or Enterprise Architecture within complex application environments.
• Experience leading and coordinating senior expert teams as a Line Manager.
• Strong expertise in cloud architectures, service-oriented approaches, and JavaEE ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with container platforms like Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to communicate architectural decisions effectively to diverse technical and leadership stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python and AI technologies.
• Domain knowledge in Power Engineering or critical infrastructure.
