Location: Hybrid role based in Germany (3 days office/2 days mobile). Relocation assistance provided for international candidates.

What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of senior enterprise and solution architects.
- Define architectural rules and design real-world systems for the application platform.
- Work hands-on on complex cross-cutting topics like APIs, integration patterns, and platform decisions.
- Act as a technical sparring partner for Power Systems Engineering and Software Development teams.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams on Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud foundations.
- Ensure all services follow cloud-ready, API-first, and microservice-focused principles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Proven experience in Solution or Enterprise Architecture within complex application environments.
- Experience leading and coordinating senior expert teams as a Line Manager.
- Strong expertise in cloud architectures, service-oriented approaches, and JavaEE ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with container platforms like Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Ability to communicate architectural decisions effectively to diverse technical and leadership stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python and AI technologies.
- Domain knowledge in Power Engineering or critical infrastructure.
