TL;DR

Senior Cloud Architect (Azure/AI): Designing and governing end-to-end cloud and AI infrastructure for enterprise automation with an accent on Azure networking, AI orchestration, and security. Focus on building scalable LLM/RAG platforms, implementing Infrastructure-as-Code, and ensuring robust governance across multi-environment topologies.

Location: Must be based in Raanana, Israel (Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote).

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end Azure architecture for AI workloads including LLMs, RAG, and vector databases.
  • Design enterprise-grade hub-and-spoke networking, private connectivity, and isolated multi-environment topologies.
  • Architect the developer AI stack, including Azure AI Foundry, GitHub Copilot, and scaled tooling distribution.
  • Establish CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code practices, and MLOps/LLMOps workflows.
  • Design IAM, authentication flows, and observability stacks while ensuring security compliance.
  • Act as an architectural liaison across AI CoE, DevOps, and Security teams to drive the platform roadmap.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in software/cloud architecture with 5+ years hands-on Azure experience (AKS, Azure OpenAI, APIM).
  • Strong expertise in Azure networking (hub-and-spoke, Private Endpoints, firewalls, ExpressRoute).
  • Proven track record building production-grade AI/ML infrastructure (LLMs, RAG, vector search).
  • Deep knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Bicep) and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
  • Experience with enterprise security, IAM (Entra ID, OAuth2), and zero-trust connectivity.
  • Fluency in English.
