What you will do
- Design and execute end-to-end customer insights workflows, including CSAT trackers, relationship NPS, and specialized B2B research.
- Manage a comprehensive research portfolio from brief to delivery, including vendor selection and quality assurance.
- Partner with Platform Intelligence, Product, Rev Ops, and Finance to connect operational data with customer sentiment.
- Innovate with AI-enabled methodologies, such as AI-moderated interviews and synthetic data matching/boosting.
- Direct the strategy, negotiation, and deployment of enterprise feedback tools like Qualtrics and Forsta.
- Synthesize complex data into prioritized highlights for the Executive Leadership Team and the Board to shape GTM strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading Customer Insights, Market Research, or Behavioral Data Science programs.
- Expertise in classical quantitative methods (survey scripting, sampling matrices) and qualitative management.
- Fluency in AI-native and synthetic research frameworks, including AI personas and predictive data clones.
- Proven track record of managing 30–45+ research projects annually and driving NPS/CSAT improvements.
- Experience with B2B SaaS market strategy, competitive intelligence, and market sizing.
- Mastery of Qualtrics and Forsta, with high familiarity with Salesforce, Clari, HubSpot, and Slack.
