We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Expert to support the design, implementation, customization, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform and practical experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, helping drive automation, efficiency, and enhanced user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow solutions and workflows.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow implementations.
Implement and optimize ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities.
Support integrations with third-party systems and enterprise applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and service improvements.
Configure and leverage ServiceNow AI capabilities, such as Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, or Virtual Agent.
Ensure platform performance, security, scalability, and best practices.
Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and business users.

Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration, configuration, and development.
Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, etc.).
Experience working with ServiceNow AI capabilities (MUST), including Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, Virtual Agent, or similar features.
Experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
