What you will do

• Configure and develop HRSD workflows, business rules, catalog items, and user interfaces.
• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow HRSD platform to ensure stability.
• Collaborate with IT developers to ensure alignment between HRSD and ITSM modules.
• Gather requirements from HR stakeholders and design effective technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide training to HR users to ensure optimal platform adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow, specifically within HRSD or ITSM.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• HRSD Implementation Specialist certification.
