What you will do

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including SSO and integration challenges.
• Execute hands-on development to burn down hypercare defects and stabilize the platform.
• Improve technical quality, scalability, and maintainability of the Service Cloud environment.
• Develop core Service Cloud capabilities such as case lifecycle, SLAs, Omni-Channel, and notifications.
• Support portal development and broader system integrations including SAP and Cloudflare/WAF.

Requirements

• Must be based in Latin America
• Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development and configuration.
• Deep proficiency in Apex and solid object-oriented programming fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with LWC and core Service Cloud features.
• Ability to read, debug, and troubleshoot complex code across integrated systems.
• Strong spoken and written English proficiency

Nice to have

• Front-end development experience with React, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with support portals and UX design.
• Exposure to AI capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Cloudflare or WAF environments.
