What you will do
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including SSO and integration challenges.
- Execute hands-on development to burn down hypercare defects and stabilize the platform.
- Improve technical quality, scalability, and maintainability of the Service Cloud environment.
- Develop core Service Cloud capabilities such as case lifecycle, SLAs, Omni-Channel, and notifications.
- Support portal development and broader system integrations including SAP and Cloudflare/WAF.
Requirements
- Must be based in Latin America
- Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development and configuration.
- Deep proficiency in Apex and solid object-oriented programming fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LWC and core Service Cloud features.
- Ability to read, debug, and troubleshoot complex code across integrated systems.
- Strong spoken and written English proficiency
Nice to have
- Front-end development experience with React, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with support portals and UX design.
- Exposure to AI capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Familiarity with Cloudflare or WAF environments.
