What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage technical delivery resources and oversee all development and testing activities.
• Design and implement seamless integrations between ServiceNow and external third-party tools.
• Conduct client workshops, demos, and working sessions as a subject matter expert.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance to project leadership.
• Support presales activities, including scoping and positioning for new client opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Expert-level development skills and subject matter expertise on the ServiceNow platform.
• Mastery in at least one ServiceNow suite, with a strong preference for ITSM.
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with various third-party tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for interacting with senior management.
• Ability to lead technical teams and drive project methodology for critical programs.
