What you will do

• Serve as the definitive platform authority for a complex, multi-module ServiceNow environment.
• Own the technical direction of the platform, translating business needs into scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Develop and customize core ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, and Service Portfolio Management.
• Build and maintain Service Portal and Workspaces using HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Implement robust integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
• Lead impact analysis, platform upgrades, and continuous performance improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in LATAM
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow consulting, development, and administration experience.
• Deep proficiency in ServiceNow architecture: tables, forms, data relationships, and application scoping.
• Strong JavaScript skills applied across Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Solid understanding of CMDB data models, CI relationships, IRE, and Discovery fundamentals.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Virtual Agent / NLU configuration.
• Exposure to the Financial Management module (cost modeling, allocations).
• Experience supporting US-based clients across different time zones.
• Familiarity with GRC or advanced SPM configurations.
