What you will do
- Provide first-line support for customers and internal users via chat and email in English.
- Consult users on products including Cloud, CDN, Hosting, and AI services.
- Perform technical diagnostics to resolve issues and collect incident data.
- Escalate complex technical problems to higher support levels when necessary.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Technical Support.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, MAC address, ping, traceroute).
- Proficiency in hardware and software diagnostics, including reading logs.
- English level B2 or higher.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent soft skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Cloud, CDN, or Hosting services.
- Experience working with Linux and APIs.
