Compensation: $130k – $180k OTE (Base + Commissions)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand cashless solutions within the sports hospitality and music festival industries.
  • Forge and maintain strategic alliances with event organizers, venue managers, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, crafting tailored proposals and contracts.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to refine cashless wristband offerings.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor movements to inform strategic planning and product innovation.
  • Oversee the client journey from implementation to post-event support to ensure high satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven success in business development, ideally with cashless providers, event technology, or entertainment sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close high-value strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical capability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Deep technical understanding of RFID/NFC technology and cashless payment systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
