What you will do

• Manage project lifecycles, including client briefings, timelines, budget tracking, and project status reporting.
• Act as the central liaison between Onsites, Marketing, and Studio Teams during project execution.
• Coordinate production assets, gathering dielines, copy, and packaging specifications to facilitate design.
• Perform final QA on all assets to ensure work is executed according to the client brief before delivery.
• Prepare jobs for billing, calculate accurate price quotes, and manage sales samples.
• Collaborate with production managers to identify resource requirements for upcoming projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphics/media communication management, design, or a similar field.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in client service, preferably in a packaging environment.
• Strong understanding of packaging design and printing processes (Flexo, Litho, Gravure).
• Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to deal effectively with difficult client situations.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Toronto, ON.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with CGI processes and digital media.
• Understanding of adaptive media.
• Freelance production experience.
