TL;DR

Project Manager (SaaS): Managing internal data migration and client onboarding projects for the Datasembly team with an accent on data matching and mapping processes. Focus on coordinating across cross-functional teams, optimizing project tracking metrics, and ensuring timely delivery for Fortune 500 clients.

Location: Remote (Strong preference for candidates located in Montreal, Canada)

Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Lead internal data migration projects and own the matching and mapping process.
  • Manage a portfolio of multiple matching and mapping projects for clients simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions Engineers to remove blockers.
  • Onboard clients and distill their feedback into actionable improvements for internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain a system for tracking and analyzing project metrics to optimize performance.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of proven project management experience.
  • Experience managing complex, time-sensitive projects within the CPG and Retailer sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize metrics for decision-making.
  • Strong preference for those located in Montreal, Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Big Data, SaaS software companies, or related industries.
  • Understanding of the CPG and Retail landscape.
  • Direct experience working with customers.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Zendesk, Click-Up, and/or Shortcut.
