What you will do

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and SMS.
  • Review and set up new claims and appoint necessary contractors.
  • Verify policy cover and ensure accurate information exchange between insurers and suppliers.
  • Process payments to policyholders and suppliers for settlements.
  • Manage diaries and internal systems to ensure claims are handled proactively.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the team and wider business.

Requirements

  • Strong professional and amiable approach with a focus on customer empathy.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work at pace while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Preston, UK
