What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and SMS.
- Review and set up new claims and appoint necessary contractors.
- Verify policy cover and ensure accurate information exchange between insurers and suppliers.
- Process payments to policyholders and suppliers for settlements.
- Manage diaries and internal systems to ensure claims are handled proactively.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the team and wider business.
Requirements
- Strong professional and amiable approach with a focus on customer empathy.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work at pace while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Preston, UK
