TL;DR

Location: Hybrid; must be based in New York, NY, Austin, TX, King of Prussia, PA, or Scottsdale, AZ

Salary: $50,000 – $55,000

What you will do

  • Draft plan documents, including discretionary and interim amendments, restatements, and participant notices.
  • Assist with the project management of large-scale document projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with Onboarding, Retirement Plan Administration, and Client Success teams on Plan Design review.
  • Perform research and documentation related to plan documents and process reviews.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from New York, Austin, King of Prussia, or Scottsdale.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office suite, and Google Workspace.
  • Proactive commitment to managing workload and a collaborative team mentality.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations.
  • Professional experience with qualified plans (401(k) and 403(b)).
  • Knowledge of API functionality.
  • QKS or higher credential from ASPPA.
