What you will do

• Negotiate with clients to represent company contract and data requirements in a professional manner.
• Lead contract lifecycle activities, including conversion, repapering, and post-acquisition audits.
• Coordinate across Legal, Tech, and Procurement to rapidly resolve contract redlines.
• Triage Data Use Governance (DUGC) case submissions, coordinating reviews with Privacy and AI Governance teams.
• Evaluate risks and recommend practical solutions for concurrent contract and data governance initiatives.
• Define KPIs and provide regular reports to executive leadership on governance progress and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 5–10+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and data governance within a technology or product environment.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects involving Legal, AI, Risk, and Sales stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Must be based in or able to work in Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid).
