What you will do

• Own a book of business, managing revenue forecasting and operational rigor for Mid-Market accounts.
• Generate advertising revenue via agencies and direct advertisers to meet quarterly quotas.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the hirify.global footprint in the DACH region.
• Provide consultative advice to clients, identifying growth opportunities and closing new lines of business.
• Collaborate with Acquisition Client Partners to onboard and scale new-to-hirify.global clients.
• Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and optimize advertising performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in online media sales (platform experience preferred).
• Fluency in English and German.
• Strong understanding of the media landscape across the DACH region.
• Experience in monitoring and optimizing paid social or digital advertising campaigns.
• Proven track record of achieving high sales targets.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Amsterdam, Netherlands.
