What you will do
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support for end-users in Windows and macOS environments.
- Manage user accounts, authentication, and policies via Okta and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Administer SaaS applications, including user provisioning and license management.
- Own the end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including device preparation.
- Troubleshoot hardware, peripherals, and conference room equipment.
- Collaborate with InfoSec on security best practices, patching, and endpoint protection.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or IT Operations role.
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS endpoints in a corporate environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Okta (SSO, MFA) and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience administering Google Workspace and various SaaS applications.
- Experience with MDM solutions such as Jamf, Intune, or Kandji.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
