What you will do

  • Process and resolve service desk requests for internal users.
  • Manage access and configurations for Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, and GitHub.
  • Troubleshoot corporate VPN, networking, and workstation issues on Windows and macOS.
  • Maintain clear ticket documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
  • Handle user onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Escalate complex incidents to L2 support and track recurring issues for automation.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in technical support for 500+ users or corporate IT administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and SSO providers like Okta.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments and VPN clients.
  • Solid understanding of core networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to document technical issues clearly.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a focus on SLA compliance.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Jira Service Management or similar service desk systems.
  • Basic scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for log analysis and script generation.
  • Understanding of ISO/IEC 27001 security standards.
  • Interest in DevOps practices and cloud services.
