TL;DR
IT Support Specialist (Fintech): Providing Tier 1/2 technical support for North American and Mexico City employees with an accent on endpoint administration and SaaS user lifecycle management. Focus on managing MDM platforms, executing onboarding/offboarding processes, and implementing AI-assisted triage tools.
Location: Hybrid in Mexico City, Mexico (2 days per week in office). Must be able to work Pacific Time business hours.

What you will do
- Triage and resolve Tier 1/2 technical issues for employees in North America and Mexico City via Slack, email, and ticketing.
- Execute new-hire onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning and laptop imaging.
- Administer endpoints using Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, and Omnissa Workspace One.
- Manage SaaS user access through Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and GitHub.
- Provide on-site IT and conference room A/V support for the Mexico City office.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools like Copilot, Claude, and Glean to accelerate triage and automation.
Requirements
- 1+ years of IT support experience across macOS and Windows environments.
- Moderate exposure to MDM platforms such as Jamf Pro, Intune, or Omnissa Workspace One.
- Knowledge of identity and SSO concepts using Okta and SaaS user lifecycle management.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Must be based in Mexico City and able to work Pacific Time business hours.
