What you will do

• Coordinate and organize day-to-day activities of the global IT Operations team.
• Manage and optimize the core SaaS stack, including Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, and the Atlassian suite.
• Oversee endpoint management and device lifecycles for MacOS and Windows.
• Strengthen identity and access management (IAM) practices, including SSO and permissions.
• Lead IT projects focusing on automation, tooling improvements, and system evolution.
• Contribute to IT budget management, monitoring and optimizing costs for hardware and SaaS vendors.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT, with previous experience in a team lead or managerial role leading infrastructure engineers.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management (MacOS/Windows) and SaaS administration.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN).
• Deep understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
• Degree in IT or Engineering fields or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Athens, Greece.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
• Experience working in international, fast-growing environments.
• Experience with IT budget management.
