What you will do

• Drive national digital deposit growth across the consumer segment with targets scaling to $100M/month within three years.
• Lead the end-to-end digital deposit product lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization.
• Develop pricing, promotional, and funding strategies in coordination with the CFO and ALM objectives.
• Collaborate with growth marketing to scale performance-based acquisition and lifecycle programs.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Legal to ensure deposit products meet all regulatory requirements.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a lean, high-performing cross-border team as the organization grows.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in fintech, digital banking, or high-growth financial services.
• Proven experience scaling digital deposit products in a startup or fintech environment.
• Strong understanding of deposit economics, pricing, and funding dynamics.
• Hands-on experience with digital account opening, onboarding, and growth funnels.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience working with BaaS platforms, sponsor banks, or embedded finance models.
• Background in growth, product, or data-led organizations.
• Familiarity with modern fintech stacks, APIs, and cloud-based platforms.
• Prior experience launching or scaling a 0→1 or 1→N deposit product.
