What you will do

  • Own strategic vendor relationships across cloud, AI, SaaS, and technology partners, managing contracts and renewal timelines.
  • Manage and optimize infrastructure spend across AWS, GCP, and Alibaba Cloud, implementing cost governance and budgeting.
  • Develop and support pricing strategies for Studio APIs and platform services, analyzing margins and profitability.
  • Conduct buy-vs-build analyses and benchmark competitor pricing models to optimize platform economics.
  • Oversee WBSO tracking and reporting in coordination with Finance and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in FinOps, strategic sourcing, cloud economics, or infrastructure finance.
  • Deep understanding of cloud pricing models (AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud).
  • Proven experience in managing large vendor contracts and commercial negotiations.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency in SQL for analyzing usage and financial data.
  • Strong ability to translate complex infrastructure costs into actionable business insights.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI infrastructure, LLM pricing, token economics, or GPU workloads.
  • Background in high-scale API businesses or infrastructure cost allocation models.
  • Knowledge of Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, or Kubernetes optimization.
  • Experience with WBSO administration and strategic finance consulting.
