Sales Planning & Compensation Analyst

Location: 240 Blackfriars Road, London, UK; in-person work three days a week or more with flexibility to work from home or remotely at other times

What you will do

• Support the design, testing, and administration of sales compensation plans, commission calculations, and bonus processing.
• Maintain compensation databases, CRM data, system integrity, process documentation, and user support materials.
• Prepare compensation and sales performance reports, KPI dashboards, ad-hoc analyses, and period-end reporting.
• Support annual and quarterly sales planning, quota distribution, territory mapping, and quota tracking.
• Analyze territory balance and performance metrics and help manage territory realignments and quota adjustments.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, and senior leadership on planning and compensation processes.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related analytical role.
• Hands-on experience with Xactly or equivalent compensation software is essential, with SQL experience highly desirable.
• Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, and data extraction.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of database concepts, data management, data visualization, reporting tools, and basic business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field, plus strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with compensation calculations or financial analysis.
• Background in data analysis and reporting.
