What you will do

• Manage day-to-day accounting for multiple international entities under tight deadlines.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in accordance with FSSC guidelines.
• Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliations, including bank, AR, and AP subledgers.
• Handle monthly payroll registration and VAT return preparation.
• Manage intercompany transactions and vendor payments.
• Assist in various improvement projects to standardize and automate financial workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of financial accounting experience in an international organization.
• Highly proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Strong expertise in Excel and Microsoft software.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
• Continuous improvement mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with PowerBI.
• Proficiency in additional European languages.
