What you will do

• Process and verify incoming supplier invoices against purchase orders and contracts.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with Procurement and Warehouse teams.
• Maintain and update supplier master data, ensuring bank details and internal controls are accurate.
• Reconcile and monitor supplier ledger accounts to ensure completeness and timely execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external Accounts Payable queries.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (German language skills are a plus).
• Relevant professional experience in accounting or finance, specifically in Accounts Payable.
• Completed commercial or financial qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, analytical approach to numbers.
