What you will do

• Post and reconcile daily bank and payment transactions in financial systems.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing payments and identify discrepancies.
• Investigate and flag settlement differences.
• Collaborate with senior team members to resolve payment-related issues.
• Prepare regular reports on payment volumes and performance.
• Support the testing and implementation of new payment methods and system improvements.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
• Fluent in German.
• Confident in basic English.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Sevenum.

Nice to have

• First practical experience in Accounting, Finance, Treasury, or Payment Operations (e.g., internships).
