What you will do

• Process payments, bank transactions, and purchase invoices while ensuring accuracy of receipts.
• Prepare VAT declarations and perform necessary VAT reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts and conduct data analysis.
• Produce detailed financial reports and manage intercompany invoices and reconciliations.
• Support and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).
• English: Good working knowledge (spoken and written) required.
• Location: Must be based in Noordwijk, the Netherlands.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
