Location: North America

Salary: $130k–$140k OTE annually

What you will do

  • Develop business partnerships and opportunities with key prospects in the short-term rental industry.
  • Manage complex SaaS sales cycles from prospecting and qualification to demonstration and deal closure.
  • Deliver persuasive client presentations by incorporating customer drivers and product relevancy.
  • Manage pipeline and communications diligently using Salesforce.
  • Execute the Go To Market strategy across North America and provide local market insights to HQ.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to consistently outperform quotas and KPIs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a BDR/SDR or 1+ years as an AE in a SaaS organization with a record of overachieving quotas.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Proven ability to manage the intricacies of complex deals and close various business types.
  • Previous sales methodology training and experience with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills to manage multiple engagements concurrently.
  • Ability to execute sales strategies across the North American market.

  • Experience in Travel or Hospitality technology sales.
  • Entrepreneurial, independent, and creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in consultative or solution selling.
