What you will do

• Prospect and execute outbound campaigns targeting SMB accounts.
• Manage and close inbound leads through the sales funnel.
• Drive product-led sales cycles, converting trials and self-serve users to paid plans.
• Maintain a high-volume pipeline with short sales cycles.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute GTM initiatives and growth experiments.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy for actionable reporting.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of closing experience in SMB or Commercial segments.
• Strong fundamentals in both outbound and inbound sales.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, sequencing, and cold calling.
• Experience selling SaaS or developer tools.
• Must be based in Chicago.
