Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 OTE First Year

What you will do

  • Convert inbound SDR opportunities and outbound leads from retail and restaurant partnerships into closed sales.
  • Build and maintain a monthly sales pipeline at least three times the quota volume through strategic lead development.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to maintain accurate CRM documentation, forecasting, and activity tracking.
  • Apply a best-in-class solution selling approach to navigate the full sales life cycle for enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure long-term account growth and provide feedback to the product team for feature enhancements.
  • Serve as a team leader by coaching and mentoring fellow Sales Team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably within SaaS solution-sales technology.
  • 1+ years of experience with enterprise retail or restaurant clients.
  • Proven experience in selling complex solutions to complex organizations within the restaurant industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude and professional negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships via phone and digital communication methods.
