What you will do

• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of industrial maintenance technicians and mechanics.
• Plan, schedule, and assign preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) programs and optimize procedures for efficiency and cost control.
• Manage maintenance inventory, spare parts, and vendor relationships using CMMS systems.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and mentor a technical team.
• Technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and compliance.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Baltimore, MD
