What you will do

• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on CNC machines and production support equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems with limited supervision.
• Support repairs, component replacements, and machine installations in collaboration with senior technicians.
• Document work performed and update task status using maintenance ticketing systems.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment following all procedures and safety regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of industrial maintenance, mechanical, or manufacturing experience.
• Foundational ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• U.S. citizenship is strictly required to obtain and maintain a necessary security clearance.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 45 lbs in a production environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to CNC machines or precision manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read basic mechanical drawings or technical documentation.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or material handling equipment.
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms such as Limble.
• Military, automotive, or entry-level industrial maintenance background.
