Manufacturing Engineer (Marine Defense)

What you will do

• Optimize manufacturing processes for quality and efficiency in weld shops, machine shops, and assembly teams.
• Design and source tooling, fixtures, and machining strategies based on blueprints and GD&T.
• Manage BOMs and routers within the ERP system and print work order packets.
• Conduct ROI and IRR analysis for production savings projects.
• Lead product integration projects and guide team members on best practices.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in writing work instructions and departmental procedures.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and optimize production.
• Must provide proof of US Citizenship and attest to no dual citizenship to meet NOFORN requirements.
