What you will do

  • Own regional partner strategy and execution across Benelux, Iberia, and France.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, bookings, and revenue growth.
  • Lead strategic deal acceleration through executive alignment and partner orchestration.
  • Collaborate with regional sales leadership and industry leaders to embed partners into account strategies.
  • Execute regional governance, including QBRs and pipeline reviews for key partners.
  • Represent hirify.global in executive-level partner forums and ecosystem initiatives.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in partner sales, alliances, or ecosystem leadership within enterprise technology.
  • Demonstrated success driving multi-country partner strategies and complex co-sell motions in Europe.
  • Strong experience working with SIs, ISVs, and Cloud/hyperscale partners.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively at C-level and VP-level with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise analytics, data platforms, cloud, and AI go-to-market motions.
