What you will do

• Assist customers with evaluations, benchmarks, system configurations, and installations.
• Work closely with R&D Engineering to define product requirements and usability specifications.
• Participate in creating sales strategies and take technical ownership of customer accounts.
• Provide technical leadership on distributed storage architectures and competitive offerings in DAS, NAS, and SAN spaces.
• Create architecture blueprints for repeatable solutions to be delivered by the Sales team.
• Contribute to the recruitment, hiring, and development of the Sales Engineering team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise storage sales to large IT organizations.
• Understanding of classic unstructured data applications and next-generation analytics and AI frameworks.
• Experience preparing and delivering technical product and architecture presentations.
• Knowledge of virtualization, high-performance computing (HPC), networking, and enterprise security.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in an unstructured environment.
