What you will do

• Assemble complex components and equipment following engineering drawings and schematics.
• Lead and mentor team members, providing training and guidance on assembly processes.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure compliance with rigorous naval specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly challenges in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and work orders for production records.
• Support inventory management and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing operations.
• Strong ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Associate Degree or technical certification in a related field.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
