Location: Must be based in Paris, France (Hybrid: 1 remote day per week).

What you will do
- Design and deploy AI agents and automation tools to streamline contract review, clause analysis, and regulatory monitoring.
- Serve as the primary legal advisor for the procurement and integration of AI-powered tools within the legal function.
- Lead the strategic transformation of legal operations to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle times.
- Partner with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Procurement to optimize matter management, vendor oversight, and CLM systems.
- Develop and deliver training programs on AI-related legal and regulatory topics for internal teams.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of legal experience with a focus on technology transactions, privacy, data protection, or IP.
- Fluent in French and English (C2 level).
- Demonstrated knowledge of the AI regulatory landscape and experience negotiating complex technology agreements.
- Prior in-house experience at a technology company undergoing digital transformation.
- Hands-on experience advising on the deployment of AI or machine learning systems.
