Legal Counsel, EMEA Commercial (SaaS)

What you will do

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, including MCSAs, SOWs, Order Forms, MSAs, NDAs, and legal amendments.
• Support the full contract management lifecycle and advise sales and professional services teams on contractual risks and commercial matters.
• Resolve legal issues, escalating complex matters to senior legal team members when appropriate.
• Test and adopt AI tools to improve contract review efficiency and legal work quality.
• Enable sales teams on contractual requirements, best practices, and contract management.
• Build cross-functional relationships supporting go-to-market activities across EMEA and contribute to scalable legal processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Qualified lawyer or equivalent, with approximately 3 years' post-qualification experience.
• Experience gained in-house at a leading SaaS company or in private practice supporting one with a regular sales cycle.
• Solid experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, Order Forms, and legal amendments with enterprise customers.
• Experience working with sales teams and managing competing business priorities.
• Familiarity with CRM and contract management systems such as Salesforce and Ironclad, or willingness to learn them quickly.
