Legal Counsel, EMEA Commercial (SaaS/AI)

What you will do

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, including MCSAs, SOWs, order forms, MSAs, NDAs, and amendments.
• Support the full contract management lifecycle and advise sales and professional services teams on contractual risks.
• Provide practical legal guidance and enablement to sales teams across EMEA.
• Test and adopt AI tools to improve contract review and legal-function efficiency.
• Build expertise in Databricks products, technology, security, data protection, and commercial policies.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support go-to-market activities and scalable processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Qualified lawyer or equivalent with approximately three years of post-qualification experience.
• In-house experience at a leading SaaS company or private-practice experience supporting one with a regular sales cycle.
• Solid experience negotiating enterprise customer agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, order forms, and legal amendments.
• Experience working with sales teams and managing competing business priorities.
• Genuine willingness to test and adopt AI tools is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with large CRM and contract management systems such as Salesforce and Ironclad.
