What you will do

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements including MCSAs, SOWs, and Order Forms.
• Partner with sales and professional services teams to provide commercially-minded advice on contractual risks.
• Implement and champion AI tools to improve the efficiency and quality of the legal function.
• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle and ensure internal compliance requirements are met.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to support go-to-market efforts across EMEA.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and qualified lawyer status.
• Approximately 3 years of PQE.
• In-house experience at a leading SaaS company or private practice supporting one.
• Proven experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and Order Forms with enterprise customers.
• Genuine willingness to test and adopt AI tools for legal work.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom.
