What you will do
- Deliver against sales targets to ensure sustainable growth and performance excellence.
- Own and grow a portfolio of named enterprise accounts across France, managing the full sales funnel from prospecting to onboarding.
- Tailor solutions to client pain points, organizational structures, and strategic outcomes.
- Lead high-impact product demos that clearly articulate business value and technical capabilities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, and engineering teams to inform the product roadmap.
- Develop long-term relationships with legal, innovation, and executive stakeholders in the region.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, preferably in AI or legaltech.
- Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to explain technical products effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Strong familiarity with enterprise sales practices within the French market.
- Interest in the legal industry and technology-driven knowledge work.
- Must have valid French work rights (no visa sponsorship available).
