What you will do

  • Deliver against sales targets to ensure sustainable growth and performance excellence.
  • Own and grow a portfolio of named enterprise accounts across France, managing the full sales funnel from prospecting to onboarding.
  • Tailor solutions to client pain points, organizational structures, and strategic outcomes.
  • Lead high-impact product demos that clearly articulate business value and technical capabilities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, and engineering teams to inform the product roadmap.
  • Develop long-term relationships with legal, innovation, and executive stakeholders in the region.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, preferably in AI or legaltech.
  • Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to explain technical products effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong familiarity with enterprise sales practices within the French market.
  • Interest in the legal industry and technology-driven knowledge work.
  • Must have valid French work rights (no visa sponsorship available).
