About the Role

You will own the growth and BD pipeline for TokenOps, drive strategic partnerships, lead content and marketing initiatives, help shape product bets, and report on commercial metrics to grow revenue.

Requirements

  • At least 2-5 years of experience across growth, business development, or sales at a startup, management consulting, or founder/operator roles.
  • Pattern matching ability matters more than the exact career path.
  • Hands on with paid and organic acquisition; you have run ad campaigns and written content that pulled traffic, or you are eager to own the other.
  • Demonstrates a can do attitude and comfort working in a small fast moving startup without hierarchy; self directed and resourceful; able to operate with uncertainty.
  • Strong communication, structuring, and presentation skills; ability to build decks, write memos, and run meetings to make decisions.
  • Experience with AI first workflows and tools such as Claude ChatGPT Cursor n8n; you expect to be augmented by AI rather than outsourcing judgment.
  • Prior work experience in Web3 and an existing personal network; bonus for exposure to FHE ZK MPC or confidential computing or willingness to go deep.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; other languages are a plus, especially Asian languages.

Responsibilities

  • Own the pipeline end to end from outbound and inbound to onboarding activation and expansion.
  • Evangelize the product and help close deals alongside the CEO.
  • Build strategic partnerships and co marketing collaborations that expand TokenOps reach across the Zama ecosystem.
  • Hit revenue and pipeline targets and report on commercial metrics.
  • Use data and your gut to tighten the funnel and drive improvements.
  • Run acquisition across paid and organic channels including Google LinkedIn and X campaigns and content that ranks.
  • Own the content engine and co marketing including blog posts social posts newsletters thought leadership joint campaigns guest posts podcast swaps and conference partnerships.
  • Drive SEO and GEO from zero including keyword research on page work link building content briefs structured data and prompt friendly content that surfaces in AI answers.
  • Run our social presence and community touchpoints.
  • Lead a team and freelancers or agencies as needed to scale.
