TL;DR

Sales Partner Manager (SaaS): Managing and growing hirify.global's French partner ecosystem including VARs, hyperscalers, and local services partners with an accent on revenue growth and pipeline generation. Focus on building joint go-to-market programs, managing cloud marketplace deal flow, and aligning partner activity with the direct sales team.

Location: Based in Paris, France. In-person collaboration is required on Anchor Days (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays).

What you will do

  • Own and grow the French partner ecosystem across VARs, cloud/hyperscaler partnerships, and local services partners.
  • Build and execute joint go-to-market programs with regional solutions partners.
  • Manage hyperscaler partnerships, overseeing cloud marketplace deal flow and co-sell motions.
  • Align partner activity to the sales pipeline by facilitating introductions and mapping accounts.
  • Develop and maintain executive relationships with partner leadership across the region.
  • Track and report partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline to EMEA regional leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or alliances within enterprise SaaS or cloud software.
  • Proven experience managing both VAR/reseller programs and cloud/hyperscaler partnerships.
  • Track record of building partner programs from the ground up with measurable outcomes.
  • Must be based in Paris with existing knowledge of the French technology market.
  • Strong demand generation orientation and commercial acumen.
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA.

Nice to have

  • Experience with cloud marketplace programs and hyperscaler co-sell motions.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) or bottoms-up SaaS GTM models.
  • Existing relationships with France-based VARs or systems integrators.
  • Cross-market EMEA partnership management experience.
