What you will do

• Manage project schedules, specifications, costs, and business case requirements for naval and marine applications.
• Coordinate with Sales, Bids & Proposal, and Service Operations to implement proposal plans and contract budgets.
• Lead integrated project teams and serve as the primary customer advocate from pre-solicitation through project completion.
• Proactively monitor risks and opportunities, developing recovery plans to ensure business objectives are met.
• Evaluate budget, schedule, and manufacturing performance, providing periodic status reports to site leadership.
• Support the business development pipeline and pursue new projects, product upgrades, and equipment investigations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of successful project execution experience in a technical field (marine experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple indirect teams of 5-10 individuals.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong Polish and English language communications skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
• Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 20%.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Experience with the transfer of projects between different production sites.
