What you will do

  • Manage and expand revenue within a defined set of existing health system clients.
  • Develop detailed territory and account plans focused on cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Lead consultative discovery processes to align software solutions with client challenges.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders across departments.
  • Conduct proactive quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions to ensure client success.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to develop tailored solution recommendations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of healthcare RCM technology sales experience with a record of exceeding quotas.
  • Proven success selling six- and seven-figure technology deals to large health systems.
  • Must be located in New York with existing market experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% or more as needed.
  • Ability to lead ROI discussions with hospital leadership.
  • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and modern sales tools.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA.
  • Knowledge of Epic, Meditech, and Cerner EHR ecosystems.
  • HFMA or NAHAM membership or certification.
  • Proficiency with Gong and Seismic.
