What you will do
- Manage and expand revenue within a defined set of existing health system clients.
- Develop detailed territory and account plans focused on cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Lead consultative discovery processes to align software solutions with client challenges.
- Maintain strategic relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders across departments.
- Conduct proactive quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions to ensure client success.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to develop tailored solution recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of healthcare RCM technology sales experience with a record of exceeding quotas.
- Proven success selling six- and seven-figure technology deals to large health systems.
- Must be located in New York with existing market experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% or more as needed.
- Ability to lead ROI discussions with hospital leadership.
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and modern sales tools.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA.
- Knowledge of Epic, Meditech, and Cerner EHR ecosystems.
- HFMA or NAHAM membership or certification.
- Proficiency with Gong and Seismic.
